Transport Past Times is a new and growing website.

My interest in all things Transport started when I was a young boy. Flying the Atlantic on a BOAC VC 10, watching the monthly Bank Line cargo vessel struggling with the tide as it docked in Apia harbour, Western Samoa, to waiting for the Class 03 Shunter to do its daily tasks on Birkenhead Docks and laying track at Berwyn for Llangollen Railway .

From those experiences and many more also came my passion for collecting transport memorabilia , which now allows me to present this website.

With nearly 50,000 items to list, the site will keep on growing on a weekly basis.

My other interest is Football memorabilia, especially pre 1960 items, for clubs based in the North West of England. I am more than happy to offer a generous exchange for items from this website. Please contact me by e-mail for further details, or with your items that you wish to exchange.
